Plumbing apprentices will work on both domestic and commercial sites with various host employers and can have occupation outcomes including Plumber & Drainer, Roof Plumber, and or Gas Fitter. They will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. The Plumbing apprentice will be taught to read drawings and specifications to determine layout of water supply and drainage. The apprentice will install and service plumbing systems and controls working in cooperation with other trades to ensure that all specifications are met.
