Imagine earning an income while you are training. At OSMAC Apprenticeships we pay you an income while you undertake a nationally recognised qualification as an apprentice or trainee. We offer a wide range of apprenticeship options (generally 3 to 4 years) as well as traineeships (1 to 2 years).
Currently there is a growing shortage of qualified tradespeople in Australia. As a result there are a vast array of opportunities to obtain a trade qualification and be rewarded with a high-paying career. We will spend the time to assist you in making this life-changing decision, and if successful, provide you with the ongoing support required to successfully complete your trade.
Our team will supply you with all the necessary items, advice and introductions to make your first day on the job stress-free and successful.
We supply all uniforms and quality steel capped boots (if required) for your chosen trade.
We pay all college fees in advance, helping you focus on your training rather than worrying about your next payment.
If tools are required for your employment, we issue you with a yearly tool allowance so you have the gear that you need.
We have a wide range of placement options with highly regarded employers across a diverse range of industries.
We offer a skill development rotation system (when needed) to help you learn more skills and gain real industry experience.
Our apprentice care managers will regularly visit you at your workplace to provide mentoring, support and ensure your apprenticeship is progressing smoothly.
We provide help to our apprentices when they need assistance 'on-the-job' or with life in general through our qualified counsellors.
We offer all full time employees an income guarantee in case you’re injured or develop an illness and become unable to work (conditions apply)
